  • Resilience building through a profile

  • Visioning exercise

  • Building a unique transition ritual that marks a shift in thinking or position or life situation. This may also be a way to celebrate success.

  • Mindfulness exercise using breathing or guided meditation.

  • Bereavement coaching focusing on areas of loss that are naturally part of any transition.
